You can get your machine serviced in Istanbul. Unfortunately we do not provide a service to foreign countries. If you have problems with your machine, you can send it to us then we will fix it in repair department as fast as possible and will send it back to your country. Hand presses has 1 year warranty whereas automatic machines has 2 year. We assure you that all machines are tested before the shipment to make no mistake.

We cooperate with internationally known companies to ship our goods by Land Freight, Air Freight, Sea Freight or Express Service depending on the quantity of the goods and where your company located. Shipment fee will be quoted seperately. It can be arrange by your side or by our side depends on your wish.

We package your orders in our packaging department delicately by our expert team. All items are packed in plastic bag to keep goods together. Our coli’s corners surronded by iron to protect the machines in case of problem during the transportation.

We have our own fabric where we located press department, dyehouse, packaging deparment and production deparment. Your order will be prepared from ground to top in our fabric which is approximately 8.000m2(You can see the pictures in about us part). You can visit our fabric whenever you will be in Turkey by nice accompany.

We will be happy to send you the samples(few items) or make an trial order(depends quantity you ask for) after receiving your company information and detailed product description you would like to have. We aware of importance of samples thats why we try to provide it in fastest way and in best shape. It will be send by the Express service which trust and always work with.
